1. Service-Based Refunds
Since​​​​​​ our learning sessions require professional time, are of instructional nature, and involve digital setup, refunds are typically not available once a session has been handed down, completed, or started.
Nevertheless, refunds can be given in situations such as:

The session was not delivered as planned due to an internal mistake.

The customer was billed for the same session incorrectly or multiple times.

The session was cancelled before the commencement of the learning ​​​​​​session.

2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be applicable for:

Learning sessions which have been completed and are related to installation or configuration concepts.

Once an educator has physically arrived at the location and the online learning session has been started, no refunds will be issued for the session.

Any purchases of third-party software, hardware, or licensing made on the client's behalf will not be ​​​​​​refundable.
