Refund Policy

1. Service-Based Refunds

Since​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ our learning sessions require professional time, are of instructional nature, and involve digital setup, refunds are typically not available once a session has been handed down, completed, or started.

Nevertheless, refunds can be given in situations such as:

  • The session was not delivered as planned due to an internal mistake.

  • The customer was billed for the same session incorrectly or multiple times.

  • The session was cancelled before the commencement of the learning ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌session.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be applicable for:

  • Learning sessions which have been completed and are related to installation or configuration concepts.

  • Once an educator has physically arrived at the location and the online learning session has been started, no refunds will be issued for the session.

  • Any purchases of third-party software, hardware, or licensing made on the client's behalf will not be ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌refundable.

3. Refund Request Procedure

If​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ you want to get your money back, email or call our support team no more than 7 business days after your session:

We will get back to you regarding your request within 5-7 business days. Any refunds that have been authorized will be credited back to your original payment method.
